Our head coach is not only a Strength and Conditioning professional, but he is also a Registered Dietitian which allows us to create a multi-faceted approach to reaching your goals. We recognize that health is influenced by a plethora of factors, and our approach allows us to address and improve any area that can help you reach your goals. We focus on key habits that can help you improve your health. It's about more than building muscles or a number on the scale.

Corey serves as our Director of Nutrition and Movement. He currently lives with his family in Scottsdale, Arizona.
I am a Registered Dietitian and a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist located in Hendersonville, Tennessee. I have several other certifications including Functional Movement Screen, Functional Range Conditioning, Precision Nutrition Level 2, and ELDOA 2. This background gives me a perfect opportunity to create a one-stop-shop for all things related to improving health!
I am a former military officer and Division I football player. I graduated from the United States Military Academy in 2016 with his BS in Kinesiology. I then received my Masters degree in Applied Nutrition and Dietetics from Union Institute & University in 2022.
While I was leaving the Army, I was fortunate to be able to intern with the Strength and Conditioning Department at the University of Texas at El Paso as well as begin with online coaching. After serving in the Army, I spent some time at Tennessee Technological University as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I made the decision to be more present at home with my family.
I want to put your health in your hands and upheave the current (broken) medical system. As a father, I recognize how important it is to have our own habits dialed in. We do the grocery shopping and cooking. So, it is up to us to live the healthy habits we hope to see in our children in the hopes that they some day pass down the healthy habits they learned to their own children. When we look at health improving programs, they often only look at one thing - weight. The current medical system works in silos, and many practitioners don't talk to each other. When we look at when real change happens, it is when all of these things are integrated. That's why I started coaching.
