When someone starts the journey to improve their health. It's hard to figure out where to start. You have to find someone to help you with nutrition, another person to help with movement, and other people for help with other lifestyle factors such as relationships, sleep, or anything else related to health. Not to mention, those people probably never talk to each other. So, it's hard for them to get a good understanding of how each of those areas interact and what you need. So, we want to make things a little bit easier for you. Come to one place to take care of everything, and get a completely personalized program unique to you and your needs. Our head coach is not only a Strength and Conditioning professional, but he is also a Registered Dietitian. We recognize that health is a multi-domain endeavor, and our education and backgrounds allow us to help you cultivate a plan to improve your health from every angle!
We also recognize that each of us is as unique on the inside as we are on the outside. A training plan that works for a professional athlete isn't suitable for someone just starting their health journey. If someone has never even eaten a vegetable before, it's not very realistic for us to expect them to start eating vegetables with every meal. And if you aren't getting enough sleep, we probably need to fix that before we start really pushing things from a movement perspective. Essentially, you have to be met where you're at, and that's what we do.
How do we do this? We use a combination of subjective and objective data to create the perfect program for you. We utilize the same methods and technology as elite level athletes to help ensure you're reaching your daily and long-term objectives. Our intake assessment is thorough, and we are checking in weekly at a minimum to assess progress and adjust your program as needed. We provide all of the equipment and tools you need to track your progress. Plus, we house all of our objective data in a single dashboard so you can see your progress in real time! The process is collaborative since nobody is a better expert on your body than you are!
Our promise: No cookie-cutter programs. A program and experience as unique as you are. The attention you deserve. Accountability through consistent check-ins and objective data like bloodwork, body composition, blood pressure, and resting heart rate to keep us all honest.
How do achieve this? Trainers typically charge by the hour. This can add up, and it could result in less consistency. Consistency is key when getting results. We aim for 12 training sessions a month (3x/week). Broken down hourly, 80-120+ dollars an hour or for 12 training sessions $960-$1440+ monthly depending on the quality of the trainer (and I promise, we are top of the line). We opt for a membership model with both online and in person options which ultimately saves you money and increases your ability to stay consistent.
